Return Window

We offer a 30-day return or exchange window from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Return / Exchange

To be eligible:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed

  • Tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation / invoice) is required

Products showing signs of use, washing, alteration, or damage after delivery will not be accepted.

How to Raise a Return / Exchange Request

To initiate a request, please email us at

Include:

  • Order number

  • Product name

  • Reason for return or exchange

  • Clear images (mandatory for damaged/wrong items)

Requests must be raised within 30 days of delivery.


Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with images/videos.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.


Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect:

  • Sale or discounted products

  • Gift cards or promotional items

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Innerwear, personal care, or hygiene-related products


Exchange Process

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability

  • If your preferred replacement is unavailable, you may opt for:

    • Store credit, or

    • Refund to original payment method


Return Shipping

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged where serviceable

  • In non-serviceable areas, customers may be required to self-ship

  • Returned items must be securely packed to avoid transit damage


Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after quality inspection

  • Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method

  • Refund timeline: 7–10 business days

  • Banks may take additional time to reflect the amount

International Orders

Currently, returns and refunds are not applicable on international orders, unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
